My road to becoming a therapist…
I was introduced to the world of mental health as a 16-year-old client, learning how to manage the pressures of my newfound womanhood, friends, family, and academic journey. During this season, I learned that while challenges may always be part of life, it’s not necessary to manage these struggles in silence or alone. This was when I decided that the support and space provided for me was the ultimate gift I could give to others!
At the end of the day, everybody just wants to be heard. This belief drives my desire to cultivate a space where you feel listened to and respected, completely void of judgment. Your existence makes you worthy of this experience – period. Whether you need someone to sit with you through tough emotions or someone to push you to the next level of self-exploration, I’m here to support you in any way that you need today.
In a world saturated with lifestyle tips and tricks, it can be difficult to determine which workout routine, vitamin, or podcast will REALLY make your life better.
I’ve come to realize that the ultimate form of self-care is learning to understand yourself and your environment to help you approach life with more ease and joy! If you are ready to offer yourself care and support through therapy, you can take the first step by scheduling your free 20-minute consultation.

Here are some “non-therapy” things about me…
I am a child at heart! So, yes… if I see a lizard running around, I will try to catch it.
Art is integral to my self-expression and creativity. The messier, the better!
I love my cat Sylvie, who thinks I am also a cat. She might be right.
